This is an exciting opportunity for a young person who sees their future career as a chef. You will work as part of a team of 8 people in this restaurant/hotel kitchen which serves anything from hotel breakfast to complex dishes from their mediterraean restaurant menu. Your duties will include Basic preparation of food, assisting senior chefs with preparing dishes and learning to cook from the basics up. Kitchen cleaning will be part of your role also to understand safety and food hygiene and keep food areas, floors and equipment clean.As an Apprentice you will be included on a Cookery Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
