Role Highlights- Preparation of food items in compliance with standard recipes. - Front of house- taking booking, dealing with enquiries and orders-. Waiting on serving food and drinks- Keep working areas and surfaces clean and tidy. - Housekeeping duties, cleaning all areas- Follow health and safety policy and procedures and be aware of individual responsibilities under legislation. - Working within the team, serving drinks and restocking.- Maintain high standards of personal and general food hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen and associated areas. English and maths would be an advantage, time keeping, reliability, keen to learn, good teamwork, to be able to cope with fast pace environment.
Previous experience in Food Hygiene would be advantageous but this is not essential. Candidates must have the ability to work towards their Mathematics and English where applicable.
Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Services
Honesty, friendly, clean and tidy appearanceWe are looking for a hard worker with a proactive and self-motivated approach to their work. It is important that they pay attention to detail and offer a friendly and efficient service to our customers.
The right candidate will hopefully be leading to a full time position at the end of their programme
