An opportunity to become part of the Apprenticeship programme as a Service Advisor. Supported throughout by an employer, this vacancy is for a 2 year apprenticeship that will resulting the successful candidate gaining an Advanced Apprenticeship in Vehicle Parts. As a Service Advisor Apprentice you would be involved in a variety of tasks ranging from; · Liaising between the customer and Service Technicians within the garage · Answering the telephone · Giving information · Determine problems and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions · Greeting Customers · Scheduling appointments · Estimating costs
GCSEs (or equivalent) grades A-C in MathsEnglish Science Please ensure you list all your qualifications, as lower grades may be considered.
No specific skills required, however an interest in motor vehicles/parts would be beneficial.

This is a Service Advisor Apprenticeship, which will be delivered on block release at the Apprentice Training Centre at Doncaster, S.Yorks. As a result you will receive the following qualification; Level 3 VCQ & VRQ Certificate in Customer Service Functional Skills in English, Maths, ICT (if required)
Training on the Apprenticeships Programme for 16 to 18 year olds is a priority and fully-funded by Government. Training for Apprenticeships for those over this age is part funded, with employers expected to make a part or full contribution.
