Hurdlemakers Arms are looking for a motivated individual who has a passion for food to join our education team as an Apprentice hospitality team member. You will have a good working attitude.
Hurdlemakers Arms is looking for an Apprentice Hospitality Assistant to work with the General Manager and the team to learn every aspect of the business. Duties will include:•Meeting and greeting guests•Waiting on, taking orders, serving food and drinks to customers•Clear and clean tables•Bar duties, serving drinks, restocking fridges, stock rotation•Maintain the cleanliness of the trading areas and ensure correct procedure is followed for all equipment used•Taking bookings, dealing with enquiries •Handle cash and credit card transactions•Adhere to health & safety policiesAs an Apprentice Hospitality Assistant you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and serving food and drinks to customers in a friendly and professional manner and communicating with bar and kitchen staff. You will be included on a Hospitality Qualification, this will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor who will visit you on a regular basis, to deliver the training and coach the Apprentice and will be observing whilst you work.
