Magnolia House require a Healthcare Cleaner to join their busy team in a 60 bed residential care home.The role will entail learning a full range of cleaning tasks and how to apply these to maintain an environment that is suitable a busy Healthcare setting where some patients suffer with dementia. You will be cleaning corridors an d the residents bedrooms and bathrooms whilst meeting Infection Control Guidelines. You will be trained in the requirements of the Government legislation for the National Standards of Cleanliness and how this is organised throughout the home. Mentoring will be available and daily Supervision. As an Apprentice you will be included on a Cleaning Qualification, this will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor will visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and coach the Apprentice and will be observing whilst you work.
