The Village Medical Centre is an NHS General Practice serving about 7200 patients in Wallasey Village, Wirral. There are seven GP Principals two Nurses and a Health Care Assistant. The practice is a training practice for new General Practitioners. We provide full medical services for all of our registered population, and are open to new patients. This surgery was formed from the merging of Grove Medical Centre with Wallasey Village Group Practice in July 2014 The practice has benefited from merging, by being able to offer a wider range of srevices in-house to our patients, such as phlebotomy, physiotherapy and counselling, in addition to the standard core services.

The position will include on going in-house training, mentoring and support in order to be able to carry out the duties required as part of the role.This is in addition to completing a full apprenticeship Standard in Customer Service as Customer Service Practitioner at Level 2, and includes NVQ Diploma, Technical Certificate in Principles of Customer Service, Functional Skills and Employer Rights and Responsibilities.
