Description

Best Western Premier Yew Lodge Hotel are recruiting a motivated and hands-on Apprentice Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic Bar Team. Key responsibilities of this role include: •Supervision and support of the F&B team •Developing and training team members with a strong focus on customer service •Providing management support and presence visible on the floor •Daily liaison with the Food & Beverage team to ensure service is up and ready to go and be delivered to the best of its capabilities •Undertaking Duty Manager Shifts is a must. As an Apprentice you will be included on a Hospitality Supervision Qualification, this will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor who will visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and coaching and will be observing you whilst you work.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship.Each framework includes a diploma/certificate which shows the practical skills, a technical certificate to confirm the knowledge and understanding and Functional Skills in Maths and English. You will be assessed throughout the apprenticeship and complete the qualification based on the competencies within your job role.You will be assessed by a combination of observations, professional discussion, question and answer sessions and self-study which is required to confirm your knowledge and understanding of the career route you have chosen.
