Fuller’s are offering a fantastic opportunity for those that want to learn whilst earning and develop their culinary skills to the highest standard.
In partnership with Brockenhurst College, we will provide full training in all aspects of food preparation and cooking whilst giving you an insight into some of the liveliest kitchens across Hampshire.
Working in a Fuller’s Kitchen is exciting and challenging but with a full team to support and mentor you, you will develop a rich understanding of all dishes, as well as, a passion for the fresh and delicious produce that we use.
Alongside an in-depth understanding of the practical cooking skills, 1 day a week will be spent at the Brockenhurst College, which will help further your theoretical knowledge.
This will leave you fully prepared to tackle your assignments required to complete the course.
Supporting the running of a section preparation of meat, fish, poultry, vegetables and sauces as part of the kitchen brigade.
