An exciting opportunity to join the Student Services team at Brockenhurst College as an Apprentice Administration Assistant.
As an Administration Apprentice you will provide general customer service and administrative support services to the Student Administration Team. You will deal with telephone and email enquiries, assist with maintaining document management systems, create admission packs as well as other duties tasked by the Student Administration Team.
Part of this role will involve assisting with the co-ordination and running of events such as college open days.
In this new apprenticeship position, you’ll be provided with high quality training and given the chance to get involved in a variety of areas in the college, largely focusing on customer service, student support and administration, and using previous office experience and your excellent organisational skills and behaviours to develop in the role.
Providing friendly and efficient service, you’ll deliver information, advice and guidance on a wide range of general issues.
You’ll assist with planning open evenings and events, as well as helping to resolve any travel or student welfare matters.
