As part of the IT Team, you will become an in-house IT expert; able and willing to not only support staff in the event of failure or system issues, but also in the tricks and tips of using their Microsoft products in every detail.

Providing First Line technical support
Dealing with customers both over the phone and progress to dealing with clients on site
Managing workload and developing good customer relationships
You will be liaising with members of the team and testing new applications, application improvement or bug fixes.
