Detailed Job Description
This is a new apprenticeship that will support the beginning of your journey in becoming a property professional.
You’ll work in both sales and lettings, building up your knowledge and expertise in both areas, helping you to deliver a brilliant customer experience, whilst working towards your Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Not only will you be supported by your line manager, you’ll also be ’buddied’ up with an employee already in the role, attend training with our Learning and Development team, and have your very own dedicated training officer, who will support you throughout your apprenticeship
This is a 14 month fixed term apprenticeship and as you move through the programme your responsibilities will increase. On successful completion of the programme you’ll move into a permanent role as a Negotiator.

A typical day can include:
- Customer contact and feedback
- Supporting the move in process
- Assisting with business generation activities
- General administration activities
