You will be working as part of the hospitality team on reception, taking calls, answering emails and dealing with visitors. The role is a combination of administration and Customer Service. You will undertake a Business Admin Apprenticeship.

You will be part of the hospitailty team working on reception, taking and making phone calls, answering enquiries in person and by email, taking bookings and inputting them onto the systems.
You will be completing a variety of different administrative tasks and also be expected to work in other areas of the centre when required, this could be with the preparing of rooms for functions, general cleaning duties and helping out with functions.
On completion of the 12 month apprenticeship program, depending on performance, you may be offered a full time role.
Long hours on reception and cleaning duties will be involved. Shifts are 8 hours a day, and hours or work can vary between 08:00 and 22:00.
