Key Responsibilities: · Assume operational responsibilities for resolving administrative queries from Customers. · Manage the end to end lifecycle of received requests and sales, ensuring that requests progress and are resolved in an appropriate manner. · Liaise on a day to day basis with Customers and suppliers, ensuring Customers are fully informed on the progress of their query at all times. · Create sales listings · Take customer phone calls · Track, update and monitor stock levels · Assist in the delivery of specific projects, this will involve data entry, data analysis and general coordination of low level activities. · Provide management information and make recommendations for Service improvement · Database administration, analysis, configuration, system support and problem solving. · Support the implementation of systems · Support and maintain the key live computerized systems to maintain business continuity. · Interface with other areas of the organization to identify and propose improved working practices · The balance of workplace experience, practical coaching, and formal college teaching will support the achievement of a nationally recognised qualification
GCSE Garde C in Maths and English

City and Guilds full Framework level 2 & 3 QCF apprenticeship, including Functional Skills (Numeracy and Literacy) and full Technical Certificate, employer and employee rights and responsibilities, personal learning and thinking. All training and assessments delivered on employer site.
