Detailed Job Description
You will be working alongside existing staff and be mentored and trained to carry out the following duties:
Provide First Line Support Issues
Help Solve Hardware, Troubleshooting and Software issues
Providing timely and appropriate telephone and e-mail assistance on the Company’s software
Liaise with relevant departments (2nd Line Support /Sales and Training Teams), when required, for optimal resolution of customer queries.
Software Testing and release co-ordination

£150.00 per week
Full time (37.5 Hours per week) 9.00AM– 5.00PM
28 days holiday including bank holidays
Location and travel
This role is located in Rotherham, Sheffield near canklow recreation ground and is easily accessible via, all major public transport routes including the blue/purple tram and X1 Steel link and there is a free onsite car park for those who drive.
