Detailed Job Description

Your key responsibilities will be to provide efficient and professional support, support the full function of the business and ensure key activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Some other key activities that you will be required to do are:Dealing with customer enquiries.Support customers when they come into the office.Book in appointments and viewings.Enter data, scan and send documents.Process supplier invoices.Support the sales team with administration.Answer the telephone and taking messages for colleagues.Order stationery and monitor the stock of the office equipment.Open incoming post.Any other administration or customer services duties as and when required

Qualifications required

Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (desirable)

Skills required

Good IT skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft office

Good communicator

Able to multi-task

Team player

Must have a professional and positive attitude.
