Detailed Job Description

  • Organising the Reception area and ensuring it is presentable
  • Administration of car parking
  • Organising catering for Field team
  • Processing departmental invoices
  • Assisting colleagues with processing of daily post
  • Maintaining departmental filing
  • Maintaining security & access control at Reception and issuing staff & visitor passes
  • Data Entry tasks using Excel and Word Assembling training/stationery packs for interviewers
  • Mail outs
  • Maintain high ethical standards
  • Demonstrate knowledge and awareness of all responsibilities in relation to maintaining confidentiality with both written and oral communication
  • Actively conform to the legislative and procedural requirements in relation to the collection, management, storage and destruction of data
  • Follow the requirements of our Operating Standards, and also to meet the requirements of all our ISO standards
  • Other duties which may be required from time to time.

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

You MUST hold GCSE’s in Maths in English at grade C or above. Alternatively you will have Functional Skills at Level 2.

Skills required

  • Planning and Organising – ability to organize and priorities a range of tasks.
  • Following instructions and procedures – ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures.
  • Working with people – excellent communication and customer services skills.
  • Good IT skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Willingness to learn and take on extra tasks as appropriate

There may be an opportunity to be offered a permanent role upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship.
