Description
A fantastic opportunity has become available at Green Energy Switch They are looking for an apprentice to join the team, and learn whilst they work, and become an integral part of the team.
The role will include but will not be restricted to:
• Working through large amounts of energy bills and making sure that the bills are worked out accurately.
• Answering emails within a busy inbox.
• Making/taking customer calls.
• Working through incoming post and distributing.
• Adhoc administrative / customer service duties.
This role will involve working within a small team offering support to customers. The successful candidate must enjoy providing an excellent and professional service at all times.
As an Apprentice you will be included on a Customer Service Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service
Each framework includes a diploma/certificate which shows the practical skills, a technical certificate to confirm the knowledge and understanding and Functional Skills in Maths and English.
You will be assessed throughout the apprenticeship and complete the qualification based on the competencies within your job role.You will be assessed by a combination of observations, professional discussion, question and answer sessions and self-study which is required to confirm your knowledge and understanding of the career route you have chosen
