Eva UK are a family run enterprise trading for over 25 years in the fireplace and stove business. We operate from a 6 acre site with hundreds of products on display and large stocks. Our wholesale business has grown over the last few years servicing the trade within the UK and Ireland. Much of our business comes from word of mouth: we try and provide a good personal level of service coupled with quality products at the right price. Here are just some of the products that we offer: quality cast iron fireplaces; multi fuel and woodburning stoves; granite hearths and back panels; vitreous enamel pipe; twin wall and solid fuel liner. An area that is popular with our trade clients is the Clearance Section with hundreds of grates and ash pans, frets and marble fireplaces currently available in this section

Detailed Job Description

This is a fantantic opportunity to assist customers in finding and purchasing the required merchandise in a busy retail environment!

We have four retail outlets selling a range of products from stoves, fires, stone, range cookers and much more. Organising fitting of products, deliveries, collections.

Main Duties:

  • sales
  • greet customers
  • find out the customer’s needs recommend,
  • select and help locate the right merchandise
  • describe a product’s features and benefits
  • demonstrate use and operation of the product
  • answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise
  • make suggestions and encourage purchase of productsorganise quotationsand feedback to clients
  • selling finance packages
  • follow up on customer enquiries by using our agreed CRM process
  • provide information about warranties,
  • manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product
  • complete end of day till procedure process cash
  • display merchandise keep merchandise area tidy

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

GCSES A-C in Maths and English
