This role is critical to helping Millennial Talent and its subsidiary brands - ‘The Millennials Coach’ and ‘The Millennials Circle’ – increase exposure and reputation. This role will be essential in helping the business to monetise all its digital marketing and events activities.

Detailed Job Description

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage, maintain selling and enquiry handling via digital channels
  • Help produce marketing content for distribution
  • Assist with monitoring and posting on social media channels, increasing brand awareness
  • Running email and social media campaigns for engagement and monetisation of products and services Deal with new enquiries and bring in new business via digital channels
  • Assist with daily sales administration and perform initial sales functions (eg. Telemarketing)
  • Update and amend company website
  • Producing and updating information lists/customer relationship management software
  • Identify events and provide support around planning campaigns, events and roadshows, leading on logistical matters for these activities
  • Use analytical tools to monitor performance online
  • Assist with marketing and sponsorship videos and podcasts including scheduling, setting up equipment, uploading content and monitoring engagement
  • General administrative tasks as required

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics

Skills required

  • IT literate
  • Good photographic and graphic design skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Outgoing and comfortable engaging with people
  • Logical and practical, with a creative approach to content generation
  • Organised and methodical
  • Excellent time management
  • Willingness to work flexibly in both times and locations

Potential to stay in the company once apprenticeship has been completed.

Additional Information

Training provided

As an apprentice, you will complete an industry wide recognised qualification, relative to the role you work within.

This will involve on the job and off the job training within the workplace and supported by a state of the art online virtual learning environment and the support of a Tutor Assessor.

You will receive regular training and be observed whilst you work.

In addition to your daily duties you will also complete theory work and a couple of tests. This may involve a little revision but there is very little you won’t have already learnt on the job.

Throughout your programme you will be supported not only by your line manager but your tutor assessor will support you through your apprenticeship programme, ensuring you are on course with your progression and on track for successful completion.
