Description
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager/ Assistant Restaurant Manager, as a Food and Beverage Apprentice you will strive provide a high standard of service at all times, creating excellent guest relations and exceeding customer expectations wherever possible.
Further responsibilities:
- To participate fully in all training & development activities building on your product knowledge of both your department and the Headland Hotel.
- Prepare the kitchen area before and after service and ensure that everything is clean and set up correctly for the following shift before leaving.
- To serve food to the guests in accordance with Mystery Shopper standards ensuring dishes are served to the correct guests with the correct presentation and description of dishes at all times. Follow the ticket system accordingly to ensure all staff know what is happening in the restaurant.

On successful completion of the apprenticeship there is a possibility of a job role.
Pay will be reviewed after probation period, used to assess capability and performance. Shifts will vary depending on business needs. Will include weekends, morning & evening shifts.
