Description
Reporting to the Head Housekeeper/ Assistant Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of all rooms and cottages within the hotel. Meeting and exceeding guest’s expectations is of utmost importance, as is maintaining excellent guest relations. As our Housekeeping Apprentice you will demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your role.
Further responsibilities:
- To service all bedrooms, bathrooms and cottages to the agreed hotel standards (4 silver star hotel, 5* gold cottages).
- Follow special instructions, e.g. non-feather duvet is put on the bed and changed back again on departure.
- Maintain a ‘Guest comes first’ approach in all dealings with guests, anticipating their needs where necessary.
- Identify and passing on to the senior Housekeeping team or Duty Manager any potential guest issues, complaints or VIP requests.
