Description
- Reporting to the Front of House Manager, as our Front of House Apprentice you will be responsible for creating an outstanding first impression to guests and non-residents alike.
- You will be required to liaise with other departments to ensure all guests’ requests are catered for.
- You will take the opportunity to really get to know our guests and anticipate their needs, always going the extra mile where possible.
Further responsibilities:
- Work with Porters, Bellman, Doorman and Housekeeping to ensure the lounge and public areas are clean and tidy at all times, including events set-ups and outside areas.
- Deliver a 5* highly professional yet personal service to each and every guest.
- Build an excellent rapport with all guests from the moment they arrive until the moment they depart.
- Conduct show-around(s) of the hotel facilities as required.

To gain the Hospitality Team Member Intermediate apprenticeship you will attend skills seminars at college.
