Vacancy descriptionThis person will be responsible for implementing online marketing initiatives including social media platforms, as well as supporting customer interaction and management of feedback platforms. They will work closely with different departments around the business and will have input and direction into online advertising and marketing, internal branding and general IT support.The ideal candidate should have an outgoing personality and be a team player. Good communication and planning skills are essential.Responsibilities and DutiesTo manage social media channels and advertisingTo ensure the web site is regularly updated and functionalTo regularly track, measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns including competitor research and search progress reportsAd-hoc marketing activities to support the front-line business initiativesManaged customer feedback platformAreas of ResponsibilityHelp direct relevant social media techniques into the company culture, products and servicesCo-ordinate online marketing activities including website and corporate materialProvide input into online marketing and to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budgetMonitor effectiveness of online campaigns and report on monthly basisImprove online marketing processes including organic, paid and referral search processMonitor trends in online community tools and applicationsMonitor the competition’s online marketing activities and be aware of market changes and developmentIdentify opportunities and maximise the exposure of the Trinity brand within online materialManage ad-hoc activities to support the business
A minimum of five GCSEs (or Equivalent)• The successful candidate will undertake the Digital Marketing L3 ApprenticeshipRequired experience:• work: 1 yearRequired education:• Secondary education
