Detailed Job Description

Key duties

  • Assisting all departments with administration duties, such as sending out booking instructions, scanning customer files, and updating systems
  • Replenishing stationary and catering pods & Photocopying and scanning
  • Scheduling and set up of meeting and training rooms as and when necessary
  • Arranging, co-ordinating and cleaning of lunches and refreshments
  • Social media support (drafting company articles/posts, sharing relevant other posts with the team)
  • Covering reception as and when required which will include meeting and greeting visitors, answering calls, emails, and general queries
  • Provide support to the Company Directors which may include travelling to business meetings with clients and suppliers

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

No qualifications required but good English is essential.

Skills required

  • A flexible, can-do attitude
  • Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail
  • Conscientious and a good ability to multi-task

Ability to work on own initiative

  • Driving licence and own transport due to Head Office location (company mileage is paid for all business travel, and includes any additional costs for business use on insurance)

  • Must be smart and presentable
  • Must be confident and have an outgoing personality
  • Must have a good general manner and enjoy speaking with people
  • Enthusiastic
  • Eager to learn and progress within the business
