Role of a Technical Support Apprentice is to assist the IT department in maintaining and supporting the IT systems, this includes; Servers, Workstation, Mobile Equipment and Software. Support to end users across the group, either in person or remotely. Support and assist in maintaining and deployment of the GCL iOS App. Assist with maintaining the IT infrastructure; networks and telecoms.
