To provide customers using HTC facilities with excellent service so that they are able to enjoy high quality, good value local leisure provision, in a safe, clean and well managed environment. This front- line role is critical to the good reputation of the Council, and is underpinned by a strong emphasis on team work. The post holder will be required to work flexibly within the contracted hours, between 8am and 10pm Monday to Sunday.
