Detailed Job Description

The main responsibilities for this role are as follows:

  • General administration to the team
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Generating engineer schedules
  • Administration of service sheets
  • Service schedule and renewal management Admin
  • Quotation admin
  • Risk and method statement preparation
  • Materials and plant purchasing administration
  • Customer invoicing
  • Dealing with customer, driver and engineer queries

There will be the opportunity to become involved with aspects of the planners role depending on aptitude and willingness to learn:

  • Service sheets, workbooks and factory works orders
  • Service schedules/renewals and engineer schedules
  • Access equipment arrangements
  • Sending notices to customers, service sheets and quotes
  • Supporting the sales order process from start to finish

Working Hours are:

Monday to Friday

8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

GCSE’s A - D in English and maths or equivalent

Skills required

  • Great organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to use Microsoft suite

Personal Qualities

  • Willing to learn
  • Great at building relationships with team members and customers
  • Friendly and able to work well in a small team
  • Hardworking

Future prospects

There is the opportunity to develop skills in a number of different areas within this role and gain a permanent position
