Description

Teagle continues to grow as a business and therefore wishes to invest in training individuals to work in key areas such as Sales and marketing, IT and Planning and Finance.

Teagle apprentices will gain a good understanding of the whole business as this will support their roles within specific departments and ensure that all departments continue to work closely and support each other. Candidates will therefore be given approximately 6 month placements in each of the Key departments (IT, Finance and Sales and Marketing and Planning) Within each placement they will support with specific tasks for that department but will also be tasked with completing improvement projects. These could be to identify how specific processes could be carried out more efficiently or to implement recommended changes.

Teagle is currently implementing Lean principles within its Engineering/ Manufacturing practices and would also like to embed these principles in central departments such as sales and finance.
