Detailed Job Description

Located near Marylebone Station

We’re currently looking for a Curation Analyst to support the candidate assessment and experience piece of our apprentice marketplace.

Roles and responsibilities:

You will be responsible for supporting the Curation Manager on handling all candidates from the point of application to the point where they attend our Kick-off Days (assessment days). You will work closely with the marketing, talent & sales teams on a day to day basis.

- Screening candidates over the phone, assessing candidates against a set of key interview questions and understanding their motivations on why they want to apply for an apprenticeship.

- Responding to candidate queries over email using freshdesk (an email management system), providing information, advice and guidance.

- Responsible for keeping an eye on numbers and setting up for Kick-off Days, making sure the room is prepared for the Kick-off Day.

- Focus on candidate experience at all times when interacting with candidates.

- ALways look for ways to do things better: outstanding excution, data drive decision making and creating a scalable foundation for growth are at the heart of what we do.

Working Hours: 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: Competitive

Apprenticeship duration: 18 months.

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

- Five GCSE grades C – A* (or 4-9), including Maths and English.

- Good knowledge of IT packages e.g Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets etc.

Skills required

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Confidence speaking to new people both over the phone and in person (we can help you develop this if you’re willing to give it a go!).

- Hot attention to detail skills.

- Some experience in a customer facing environment or similar.

- Giving information or advice to customers or colleagues in a polite and friendly manner.

Personal Qualities

- Strong verbal and written communication.

- The ability to speak to new people, both over the phone and in person.

- Flexibility as you will be working closely with other teams for example, Marketing, Sales and Talent.

- The ability to provide accurate and positive advice for candidates and colleagues.

Future prospects

After your Business Administration apprenticeship, you will receive a Standard Level 3 Business Administration qualification. Once completed, you will be able to pursue a career in:

- HR & Recruitment.

- Sales.

- Marketing & PR.

- Real Estate.

- Office and Business management.

Most of the above can be completed in a higher-level qualification.

Training provided

1. Training on the 18 months Standard Business Administration Advanced Level 3 qualification.
