Detailed Job Description

  • Assist with the maintenance and audit the personnel files of all regional staff for OFSTED inspection
  • Assist processing and auditing returns of DBS applications online, including ensuring the documentation has been completed correctly and the correct identification provided.
  • Assist with all office admin including answering the telephone, scanning, greeting carers, organising fun days for our young people and all other reasonable duties required within an office environment.

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

GCSE’s passes are preferred but not essential as Functional Skills in Maths and English will be completed.

Skills required

  • A professional person, confident with good administration and organisational skills.
  • Enthusiastic and self motivated individual Diplomatic and capable of handling complex situations.
  • Demonstrates confidence in ones own ability
  • Excellent Word and Excel skills required
