We are a fast growing recruitment company based in Nottingham City Centre. Formed in 2016 and have taken on approximately 26 members of staff in this time. Due to growth we are now looking to take on an Apprentice to work as part of the central team and supporting the Office Manager in all aspects of administration, customer service and supporting both consultants and management. This role offers a wealth of opportunity to grow your career and join a team of experienced professionals who love what they do!

Detailed Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and business-minded professional to equip themselves with the digital tools and knowledge to succeed as a “Future-Proofed” Recruitment Consultant.

You will have the opportunity to delve deeply into the business community, soaking up and recording all of your research to provide insight to our full-time consultants. You will gain exposure very quickly across business functions, as well as the life and work of a Recruitment Consultant.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming telephone calls and e-mail communications from clients and members of staff.
  • Meet and greet clients and candidates in reception
  • Compliance
  • Obtaining references
  • Supporting different departments in admin duties; scanning, filing etc.
  • Client/candidate gifts
  • Marketing support
  • Social media
  • Ordering stationary/office supplies
  • Supporting events held within the office

Requirements:

  • Outstanding people skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Punctual
  • Organisation
  • IT skills – use of social media, MS packages, email.Benefits:25 days holiday per year

Qualifications required

Ideally A* - C in Maths and English or equivalent

Skills required

  • A sound technical knowledge of search tools, social media platforms and professional tools is essential
  • Good English and Mathematics skills
  • Working knowledge of popular IT packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalents
  • Hardworking and productive

  • Someone who is talkative and loves a bit of ’banter’
