Description

  • Produce accurate correspondence related to each project from valuation to completion using in-house systems in line with company procedural deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both computer and paper-based
  • Monitor receipt of Terms and Conditions of business, approved inspections
  • Ensuring that the office is well stocked for all stationary requirements for both surveyors and equipment in the office e.g. printer paper/ printer ink
  • Arranging post/delivery collections and deliveries
  • Liaison and first point of contact with clients including sending out emails, letters and taking calls from clients

Maths and English at Grade 4 (C) (or equivalent) and above desirable although not essential.

Apprenticeship NVQ Level 2 Business Administration plus Key (Functional) Skills and Technical Certificate if appropriate.

This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated a tutor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.
