? Respond to routine correspondence and enquiries from a range of clients. ? Answering telephones and dealing with customer enquiries with an excellent telephone manner. ? Deal with customer contact effectively and efficiently, in line with the expectations and company ethos. ? Other roles and responsibilities where appropriate. ? Use excellent customer service continuously. ? Managing in house computer systems. ? Store and retrieve information. ? Complete sales orders. ? Full training will be given as well as support. ? Be well presented at all times.
