As an Administration resourcer Apprentice what will I be doing?

It will be your job to support the principal recruitment consultant with certain tasks. This includes candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management and database maintenance.

Duties will also include:

  • Assisting with payroll
  • Compliance
  • Dealing with invoice querying
  • Credit control
  • Inputting data into the system
  • Advertising to internal/external job boards
  • Assisting consultants with admin related duties

GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English grades 9-4 (A-C) is desirable, however not essential.

Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration.

This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated an assessor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.
