Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join Elior UK as a Business Administration Apprentice.
You will be responsible for managing the customer relations system administration, working with colleagues and customers as required. Responsible for ensuring that all written communications are completed and sent in line with Elior UK standards and by the required deadline.
Duties include
Data collection and inputting
Data management
System support – access, navigation, inputting advice
Support business functions on day to day usage of system
Liaise with operations managers to understand terms on client contract for system entry
Liaise with Legal department to collate historical terms for system entry
Key system user and business support
Monthly reporting
Experience and Qualifications
As Administrator we look for the following:
Excellent standard of communication skills, verbal and written.
Excellent IT skills.
Customer service orientation.
Able to work in a team or alone Attention to detail.
As an Apprentice you will be included on a Business Administration Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship.

Level 2 Apprenticeship Business Administration
Each framework includes a diploma/certificate which shows the practical skills, a technical certificate to confirm the knowledge and understanding and Functional Skills in Maths and English.
You will be assessed throughout the apprenticeship and complete the qualification based on the competencies within your job role.
You will be assessed by a combination of observations, professional discussion, question and answer sessions and self-study which is required to confirm your knowledge and understanding of the career route you have chosen.
To be successful in this role you will need to have good communication skills (both verbally and written) and able to provide excellent customer service.
Be punctual and have a can do attitude.
This Apprenticeship is a fixed term position for the term of the apprenticeship with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
