Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but passion for the industry is essential The ability to lead, manage and drive successful SEO, PPC, social & email campaigns Analytically minded - experience using a variety of analytics tools such as Google Analytics Understanding or experience using CRM to track KPI’s Understanding of current online marketing concepts and trends Proven experience of using social networking tools for business purposes Clear and concise communication with excellent writing and presentation skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environment Knowledge of HTML/CSS Comfortable interacting with stakeholders internally and externally Strong team player Comfortable interacting with stakeholders internally and externally A self-starter who enjoys the challenges of managing multiple activities to hit deadlines Working in an International / global environment Advantageous to have experience launching new websites Experience with image and video editing software desirable Some experience with backlinks and coding would be an asset but not a necessity
3 x GCSEs at grades A-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in any subject and GCSEs at grades D/3 or above (or equivalent) in English and maths.
Start with a 12-14 month Digital Marketing apprenticeship, consisting of training in small groups and work-based assessment, covering: Search – SEO and PPC, Design, Online advertising, Email marketing, Social Media and image and video editing.You’ll gain an in-depth analysis and understanding of the digital customer journeys to ensure we maximise our marketing spend within this area. They will effectively manage agency relationships and all of the marketing team.
The role will also require a candidate who is hands on, interested and inspired by the progressive nature of digital, strong reporting skills and is analytically savvy!
92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
