Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts Knowledge of key business services used within UK Advertising Monitoring and Data Services Strong team player To have keyboard skills and a good understanding of PC software and operating systems e.g. MS Windows, MS Office etc.
3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject, plus GCSE English and maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above.
Approximately 11% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 9% is done in the workplace, through online training, meetings with your QA Technical Skills Coach, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
Ability to apply classroom knowledge to working environment in order to provide basic & 1st level support to customers Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical personnel
92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
