You’ll be structured in your approach and be able to develop good technical skills You’ll be able to speak with people rather than ‘at’ them You’ll need to be adaptable, open-minded and relish solving technical problems with effective and timely solutions An interest in IT problem solving is essential Excited to begin an IT career
The candidate will have at least 5 GCSE’s (C and above) or equivalents including maths and English.
Level 3 Infrastructure technicianApproximately 11% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 9% is done in the workplace, through online training, face-to-face meetings with your QA Technical Skills Coach, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.

92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
