• IT related A-Level • Previous IT experience
Approximately 11% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 9% is done in the workplace, through online training, meetings with your QA Technical Skills Coach, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
Candidates must have a relevant IT related A-level and must have demonstrable experience of working in a call centre environment ideally providing technical support. Confident, professional with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels is essential along with a high level of personal organization, strong analytical skills and personal motivation to succeed on this exciting journey.
