Description
This role provides the opportunity to build your business experience along with gaining insurance claims handling experience, whilst obtaining a recognised qualification at the same time. You will be exposed to a variety of legal matters, developing both your legal knowledge and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
•Support legal team with routine legal tasks, matters and transactions including confidentiality agreements and standard terms and conditions
•Collect all information from stores and key stakeholders to assist with the assessment and management of all insurance claims
•Support the relationship with our insurance claims handling companies
•Support stores, customer assist team and merchandise team in resolving escalated customer complaints
•Support the legal team in the creation and building of files and resources, both hard copy and electronically

While training and support will be offered to you within the role, some essential skills are required to be competent within the role. These skills are:

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above including English and Maths.
Level 2 Business and Administration Apprenticeship
Each framework includes a diploma/certificate which shows the practical skills, a technical certificate to confirm the knowledge and understanding and Functional Skills in Maths and English.
You will be assessed throughout the apprenticeship and complete the qualification based on the competencies within your job role.
You will be assessed by a combination of observations, professional discussion, question and answer sessions and self-study which is required to confirm your knowledge and understanding of the career route you have chosen.
