We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Apprentice HR Administrator
As an Apprentice HR Administrator you will be part of the Human Resources department reporting to the HR Administration Manager.
Duties will include;
•Providing support to a team who deliver a high quality, customer focused and accurate HR Administration service across the organisation from start to end of employment
•Achieve/exceed your personal targets therefore contributing to the overall Anchor business performance.
•Supported by your line manager, driving your own personal development within Anchor and in doing so make Anchor a ‘Great Place to Work’, therefore contributing to Anchor being an ‘Employer of Choice’.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience by embracing Anchor’s values and behaviours.
•An effective team player, you will identify opportunities and support colleagues throughout the department ensuring processes are handled effectively and efficiently.
As an Apprentice you will be included on a Level 2 Business and Administration.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel, Outlook and Word.
None required as full training will be provided but GCSE's at grade A-C in English and Maths would be an advantage.
Level 2 Business and Administration
Apprenticeship standards are aimed at developing skills within the Apprentices’ chosen career route, each standards has set knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be successful within the job role. This will include the completion of functional skills in Maths and English.
Once the apprentice has completed a minimum of 12 months training and the employer and Babcock regional trainer confirm they have met all the requirements of the standard they will be put through to end point assessment. The end point assessment is independent from the training and includes a variety of assessment methods which test the skills and knowledge of the apprentice to ensure they are fully competent in their role.
Each Apprentice will be supported throughout the apprenticeship by a structured programme of teaching, e-learning, face to face training and workplace mentoring; this will encourage and help them to meet the requirements of the new standards and will prepare them for the end of point assessment.
