Description

Your duties will involve working with the Directors, Managers and other Support Staff in providing administrative and secretarial support, collating and issuing reports and managing the service and workload of our team of surveyors. You will occupy a key role in ensuring a high level of service and quality control and must be confident when liaising with clients, surveyors and other contacts.

Your role will include:

Assisting with daily tasks

Completing administration related tasks

Responding to general customer queries by email

Answering calls and taking messages

Day to day filing

Excellent database skills and knowledge of microsoft packages would be an advantage

No formal qualifications are required for this role, although 4 - 9 / A-C grade GCSEs in maths and English (or the equivalent) would be a distinct advantage

If successful, you will complete an intermediate Customer Service apprenticeship programme delivered through Barrett Corp & Harrington's dedicated training provider, Interserve Learning & Employment.
