Description

The main duties of this apprenticeship will cover, repairing vehicles that have been damaged. This is likely to involve respraying, repairing panels and painting bodywork. Due to the practical nature of this sector, you will be fully trained and supervised as and when required.

You will receive exceptional training from our team of fully qualified Senior Technicians in the latest techniques for assessing and repairing damaged vehicles. These techniques include:

  • Damage assessment
  • Assessment reports
  • Repairing and Replacing Broken Parts
  • Panel removal, repair and refit

You will need to be very practically minded and enjoy using your hands and fixing things.

4 GCSE’s at grades A*- D including Maths and English (or equivalent). You must achieve a score of at least a Level 1 on the college based online Initial Assessments in English, Maths and IT.

Level 3 (advanced) Apprenticeship in Vehicle Body and Paint.

This apprenticeship will be fully delivered within the workplace with support from Blackpool & The Fylde College.
