Who doesn't love a Tesco meal deal? Could you be the brains behind the beauty with a Tesco apprenticeship!

You'll get responsibility from day one with a Tesco apprenticeship. There are so many opportunities at Tesco, and no two days are the same. The best way for you to develop is through real-life business experience, so you'll hit the ground running! With Tesco, you have the opportunity to be entrepreneurial, with the support of colleagues you will be great at work and beyond.

You could start an apprenticeship with Tesco on £20,000 depending on your programme! You also get 22 days holiday each year and a personal day, as well as 10% off at Tesco once you've worked for 6 months!

As an apprentice, you'll get to go to development events and training days to support your growth. This gives you the opportunity to network with your peers and inspirational leaders from business and beyond. You'll also get access to a mentor while you're at Tesco, they've got experience and know what's it's like to be in your shoes. 

Level 4 Commercial Apprenticeships

With this apprenticeship, you'll be working in both general merchandising and food areas of the business. You could be a Buyer, Merchandiser or even a selling expert. Innovation and creativity are important to this role - you'll be using customer insight and feedback to bring new products to the market!

Level 4 F&F Apprenticeships

F&F is sold in 1,748 stores around the World. This programme welcomes people with a 'passion for fashion' who want to help customers. This three-year programme, will get you a qualification with the Fashion Retail academy in Merchandising and Buying. This allows you to develop all of the time.

You could be supporting suppliers to make sure they buy the right products regarding colours, trends and materials. You look at data, making sure the right amount of stock is there too. In product development there's lots of projects to work with, from Christmas range to looking at reducing food waste!

In these apprenticeships, you'll spend time working in a store before working in the office and get stuck in across a number of teams. Your role will vary depending on the suppliers and where you are working.

If you've got 240 UCAS points, and GCSE's in Maths and English then you should apply to either of these apprenticeships!
