You will have superb IT skills and a base knowledge of hardware & software You will possess good time management and planning skills, the ability to build relationships and the desire to provide excellent customer service by taking pride in your work and caring about getting things right for our customers
To be considered for this role, you ideally would hold GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English, and in three or four other subjects. You should have a GCSE/BTEC/A Level in ICT (or equivalent) or at least hands-on experience with the workings of computers and IT. Please note that you should not hold a higher-level qualification (i.e. a Degree) in a similar subject. Due to frequent client site visits, a full UK driving licence is required.

Location: Eastleigh, SO50. Wage: £175 per week, plus fuel allowance. Please note that your commute may be taken into consideration when we review your application, in line with our safeguarding practices.
The IT Support Apprentice role will progress with greater responsibility as performance targets are met and as you move forward through the apprenticeship Upon successful completion of the apprentice scheme, and upon demonstrating core behaviours, the IT Support Apprentice could have the opportunity to progress to the role of an IT Support Engineer with potential team leader duties
