Coburn and Baker are a thriving and growing Wholesale Artisan Bakery based in Brighton. We bake hand crafted sourdough and artisan breads of all types, patisserie, savouries and cakes, tarts, slices, and cheesecakes. We have talented small teams of bakers, pastry chefs and cake makers and all our products are made from scratch, so this is a real opportunity to learn using quality ingredients and traditional, artisanal methods. We also have a unique range of Gluten Free and Vegan products for these markets. We have watched the business grow over the last two decades and we now supply all over Sussex. We recently moved to a larger unit with more space and are very busy, however this is still very much a family business with small friendly staff teams. Both owners work full time on site and are always available for any questions or support needed.
