Excellent face-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly Excellent written communication skills Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Good organisation skills Analytical with precise attention to detail The ability to balance conflicting demands in a calm and friendly manner and handles these effectively Ability to work autonomously and within a team - works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team Comfortable with electronic data systems
English - Educated to O Level/GCSE 4/C or equivalent in English Maths - Educated to O Level/GCSE 4/C or equivalent in maths
Ability to think outside the box to support the Partner/Practice Manager Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving Always demonstrates a positive ‘can-do’ attitude Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task Enjoys dealing with a variety of people
For the right person, there will be an opportunity to progress onto an admin role as well as a Level 4 qualification
