Based at the office working within a team you will be responsible for the following: Dealing with customers on the phone and email Personable with excellent Telephone and customer service skills. Dealing with administration duties Ability to read, edit and manage database.  Needs to be professional at all times. High attention to detail and accuracy is essential Highly proactive and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done Ability to manage difficult situations, create positive solutions and customer experience.
4-5 GCSEs grade A-C or 8-4 or equivalent
Confident, bubbly and enthusiastic Excellent telephone and communication skills. A team player, as well as the ability to work independently Highly proactive and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
Opportunity for a full-time position on completion of apprenticeship.
Extensive background in property lettings, management, acquisition, sales and development.
