You need to be reliable, flexible, punctual and able to work as part of a team Be able to communicate effectively and confidently with children and adults Also be able to manage your time effectively
Level 2 Children and Young Peoples Work Force (CYPW) or Early Years Practitioner  GCSE grade A*- C/9-4 in maths and English (or equivalent) is desirable
Be friendly, happy, self-motivated and work in a professional manner Also have a keen interest in working with children
Gaining a recognised qualification. Becoming a fully qualified nursery practitioner. Possibility to become a full member of staff if the opportunity arises.
