Description of Opportunity
To work as part of the team and assist with providing high quality administrative & reception support, under the day-to-day supervision of the Administration Co-Ordinator and Business Operations Manager. You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.

Good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
You must have a level 2 in Business Admin (or equivalent) or 6 months’ work experience in administration.
Be friendly and enthusiastic
Be willing to work as part of a team, and to take responsibility for solo projects
Be willing to work in the reception area during quiet periods and be self-motivated
Conduct and commit themselves to Future’s values
Be flexible and communicate well
Be flexible with hours of work and willing to help support our 7-day operation during the day and in the evening and weekends when necessary

Barking and Dagenham Youth Zone, named by young people as ‘Future’, is a purpose-built facility for the borough’s young people aged 8 – 19, and up to 25 for those with disabilities. It is also London’s first OnSide Youth Zone.
The Youth Zone is located on Parsloes Park where Porters Avenue meets Gale Street and opened in May 2019.
